Scope of Advisory
Service Boundaries
NutricOnline provides nutritional analysis and dietary planning based on German health standards. Our digital platform serves as the medium for remote consultations. By accessing nutriconline.de, you acknowledge that our guidance is educational and supportive, designed to optimize lifestyle through nutritional interventions.
Operational Protocols
Services are available only to individuals aged 18 or older. Clients must provide accurate physiological data to ensure safe dietary guidance. Failure to disclose medical conditions releases NutricOnline from liability regarding physiological outcomes.
Online consultations must be booked via our verified portal. Cancellations require a 24-hour notice period. Sessions not attended or cancelled after this window will be invoiced at the full professional rate.
Nutricology is supplementary to clinical medicine. Our specialists are not medical doctors. No information provided should replace professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or acute intervention.
All fees are quoted in EUR inclusive of statutory German VAT. Payment is due upon booking confirmation. Secure processing is handled through encrypted third-party providers located within the EU.

Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by German law, NutricOnline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform or dietary plans. Final physiological responses to any nutritional program are unique to the individual.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from use of nutriconline.de is Berlin. If individual provisions are found to be invalid, the remaining terms remain in full effect.
